PawMed Veterinary Urgent Care (Charleston) is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our modern, fast-paced urgent care team for dogs and cats. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care, triage, and technical support for same-day, non-life-threatening cases.
Responsibilities include patient intake and assessment, client communication and education, radiology, lab sample collection, IV catheter placement, anesthesia and procedural monitoring, and medication administration. You’ll work closely with veterinarians in a team-oriented, compassionate environment using advanced diagnostics to deliver efficient, empathetic care without ER burnout.
