To ensure compliance and enhance patient care, the full-time Licensed Utilization Workflow Manager will analyze patient data, review OASIS documentation, and collaborate with coding partners in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Assure compliance with OASIS documentation and plan of care accuracy, providing recommendations for improvements Evaluate visit frequency and service utilization, collaborating with clinicians to support patient needs Act as a liaison with coding partners to ensure timely completion of OASIS workflows and documentation accuracy Required qualifications Minimum of two years' experience in home health, with a focus on quality or supervisory roles Licensed RN or PT in good standing from an accredited program Experience with HCHB preferred ICD Coding/OASIS certification preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
