Key responsibilities Evaluates new and renewal business in accordance with underwriting guidelines to achieve profit and growth goals Manages the preparation of program renewal specifications and coordinates with insurance markets Oversees and delegates work to underwriters and administrative staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Eight or more years of related work experience with knowledge of the insurance industry Valid Insurance License with requirements for renewal Prior supervisory experience in an underwriting environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
