To support members dealing with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma, the full-time Licensed Trauma Care Navigator will provide telephonic screening, care coordination, and ongoing support in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct telephonic screenings and facilitate referrals to trauma specialty treatment providers Utilize motivational interviewing and psychoeducation to assist members in setting and achieving care goals Document member interactions and maintain accurate records while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a smooth member experience Required qualifications Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience working with PTSD and complex trauma Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage Knowledge of phase-based trauma treatment models and evidence-based practices for PTSD Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various computer platforms and systems
