Key responsibilities Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients Manage intake and discharge processes while maintaining client documentation Collaborate with a fully remote team, focusing on therapy without claims or billing work Required qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH number for independent practice capability Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection Experience in providing telehealth or virtual mental health services Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and manage a personal caseload
