Key responsibilities Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care to clients Manage intake and discharge processes for clients while maintaining documentation Set and adjust personal hours and caseload based on individual preferences and client demand Required qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH number required for independent practice capability Experience in providing telehealth counseling or psychotherapy services Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection Commitment to maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
