To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Mississippi Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent caseload with defined goals and provide independent treatment decision-making Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) Active, unrestricted license with two or more independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
