Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Mississippi Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based treatment while managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative responsibilities. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health conditions Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and clinical leadership Maintain a structured outpatient therapy model with transparent goals and expectations for patient care Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
