Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Remote Therapist - Maine will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment while managing a consistent caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear expectations around documentation and treatment goals Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
