Ideal Candidate Profile:
This is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a minimum of 25 clinical hours weekly.

Responsibilities
• Provide clinical guidance and oversight to clients participating in neurofeedback therapy, ensuring therapeutic goals are clearly defined and progress is continuously monitored
• Support each client's therapeutic development through individualized, ongoing assessment and data-informed treatment planning
• Foster consistent, therapeutic relationships that promote trust, engagement, and meaningful clinical outcomes
• Participate in collaborative weekly Clinical Rounds, contributing clinical insights and refining treatment strategies in a multidisciplinary setting
• Conduct comprehensive, periodic evaluations to assess neurofeedback effectiveness and inform adjustments to treatment protocols
• Manage a targeted therapy caseload aligned with your clinical expertise and professional interests, allowing for depth of care and impactful therapeutic work
Qualifications
• Candidates must possess an Associate-level license in psychotherapy specific to Connecticut, such as LMSW or LPCA
• Successful applicants should have undergone training in EMDR or other trauma-focused therapies or be willing to pursue such training
• Ethical standards within the psychotherapy field are a mandatory requirement for all candidates
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Health Record and ensuring timely documentation is highly preferred
• A strong commitment to collaborative teamwork is crucial for excelling in this position
