Offering a flexible work arrangement, the full-time Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient mental health services through a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth, while managing a diverse client portfolio and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Key responsibilities: Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients in a variety of settings Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision Utilize an EMR system for documentation and client management Required qualifications: Must hold a valid license as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT Experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Familiarity with telehealth practices and EMR systems
