Licensed Therapist (MA)

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Therapist (MA) will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and participate in case consultations while working remotely or in a hybrid schedule. Key responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting Manage scheduling and client caseload effectively to ensure quality care Participate in weekly case consultations and supervision opportunities Required qualifications Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Mental Health Counselor (MHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Experience in outpatient therapy and working with diverse populations Ability to provide telehealth services as part of a hybrid schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities
