Licensed Therapist (LMHC / LCSW)
Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide home-based behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy
Complete assessments and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with families and the clinical care team
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
