Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) — Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina). Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099 Contractor). Compensation: Paid per billed session. Estimated Annual Earnings: $90,000–$120,000.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
- Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC , LCSW , or LMFT in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
