Focusing on delivering specialized interventions for substance use disorders, the full-time Licensed Therapist for Substance Use Disorders will provide evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop person-centered treatment plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform individualized treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care and monitor member progress Required qualifications Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in TX, CA, or PA Minimum of 2 years of post-licensed experience in providing psychotherapy for substance use disorders Comfortable working a full 40-hour work week and managing an average caseload of 30 sessions per week Trained in evidence-based approaches for SUD treatment, including Motivational Interviewing and CBT for SUD Experience in assessing substance use severity and collaborating with prescribing clinicians as part of an integrated care team
