Offering a flexible hybrid schedule, the full-time Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult will provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth and in-person sessions, focusing on improving clients' mental well-being. Key responsibilities: Deliver therapeutic services to children and adults in an outpatient setting Participate in weekly case consultations and provide or receive supervision as needed Utilize an EMR system and collaborate with support staff for administrative tasks Required qualifications: Active licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT Experience in providing therapy to children or adults Ability to work both remotely and in-person as required Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment practices
