Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Licensed Therapist - Child or Adult will provide outpatient therapy services, manage a diverse client portfolio, and benefit from a flexible hybrid schedule with complete schedule autonomy. Key responsibilities: Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children and adults in an outpatient setting Manage client caseloads while maintaining documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Participate in weekly case consultations and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills Required qualifications: Current licensure as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT Experience in providing therapy to children and/or adults Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices
