Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice. You won't be handed a guaranteed schedule here. You will build one. You won't manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead. We handle that. You will have the freedom to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow your caseload in a way that fits your life and professional goals. This role is best suited for clinicians who: • Take responsibility for building and maintaining a recurring caseload • Proactively re-book and retain clients • Develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources • Value autonomy and performance-based growth • Want income upside based on effort and consistency If you prefer a fully guaranteed caseload with minimal accountability, this may not be the right fit. • Provide high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy • Complete timely documentation and treatment planning • Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules • Coordinate care with other providers as needed • Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration • Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field • Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track • Strong clinical documentation skills • Professional communication skills • Comfort with hybrid work model • Established client following or referral relationships encouraged (incentive eligible)
