To provide telehealth services in a fully remote capacity, the part-time Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner will deliver primary-care and acute psychiatry services, manage patient triage, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining communication with facility staff and patients. Key responsibilities Provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services per site-specific protocols Utilize clinical judgment to triage patient needs and manage communications with facility staff Ensure compliance with telehealth protocols and maintain patient confidentiality Required qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current and valid license to practice in one of the following states: NC, IN, KY, VA, or OH Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired Experience in assisted living facilities (ALF) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred All necessary certifications must be current and valid
