Providing high-quality teletherapy services, the full-time Licensed Teletherapist (Texas) will deliver virtual therapy to individuals, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation in a fully remote setting as a W2 employee. Key responsibilities Provide virtual therapy and counseling to individuals across diverse backgrounds Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress Required qualifications Active license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas with independent practice eligibility 1-3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology for teletherapy A private, confidential workspace for conducting therapy sessions
