Providing individual therapy through a telehealth platform, the part-time Licensed Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) will deliver care to adults with various mental health conditions while collaborating with a clinical team and maintaining clinical documentation remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions and perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment plans Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with federal and state therapy regulations Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to practice upon hire Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience, with clinical experience serving the trans and queer community Previous telehealth experience Dedication to the mission and Informed Consent Model of Care focused on empowerment and collaboration
