Provide educational resources for patients and their families designed to promote progress outside of sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure a consistent care journey for every patient.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field through continuing education and teamwork.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies that cater to all age groups with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
