Licensed Social Worker

To support patient care, the part-time Kansas Licensed Social Worker will assess psychological, social, emotional, and financial needs, providing treatment and crisis intervention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans for patients with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses Provide crisis intervention and educational support to patients and their families Participate in program planning and development to enhance service delivery within the healthcare system Required qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work required Kansas Social Work license required Certified LMSW or LCSW required Knowledge of social work theory and practice at the MSW level Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting
