Social Worker PositionMaster's degree preferredPreferred Master's-Level Responsibilities: This role may also support advanced psychosocial assessments, interdisciplinary care planning, and discharge planning for patients and families with complex medical, emotional, and social needs. The Social Worker will collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and administrative staff; provide consultation on patient rights, community resources, and financial assistance programs; and assist with compliance with federal and state regulations.
