Location: Frederick County, Maryland

Start Date: November 2026 – End of the School Year

Pay Rate: $55 - $63/hour

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor position (full and part-time opportunities available)

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a qualified School Social Worker to provide student support services across multiple schools in Frederick County, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling services to students.
• Help students navigate behavioral, emotional, social, and academic challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, families, and other school-based professionals.
• Support students in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive social interactions.
• Assist with identifying student needs and implementing appropriate intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress.
• Provide services across multiple school locations within Frederick County.

Qualifications

• Current LCPC or LCSW-C credential required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school-based or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple school locations.
