Elohim Rehab-Care Associates is currently seeking a highly-qualified licensed clinical social worker to provide psychosocial & psychological counseling to children and adolescents in various counties in New Jersey. This position is a field-based service.
The professional candidate will:
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessment.
- Provide support counseling and psycho-education to children, adolescents, and families
- Assess and conduct clinical consultative to at risk children, adolescents, and families during intensive In-community therapy treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and provide appropriate mental health rehabilitative services.
- Must adhere to HIPAA compliance laws.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a master's degree in Social Work.
- Hold a NJ Licensed Social Worker
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the mental health rehabilitative services.
