Leading strength and conditioning initiatives, the full-time Senior Strength and Conditioning Specialist will design, administer, and evaluate evidence-based training programs for SOF personnel while ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing quality assurance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to optimize performance and recovery for SOF personnel Supervise and coordinate physical training programs, providing expert instruction and managing key project staff Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with medical and nutrition professionals to support holistic training approaches Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Current certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice Experience working with athletes at NCAA Division I, Olympic, or professional levels Certification in basic CPR and AED training
