Proactively leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time Licensed Select Manager will manage client service needs, conduct hiring, and ensure compliance with servicing standards in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and mentor Account Managers, providing coaching and feedback while addressing issues and coordinating with senior management Conduct interviews and make hiring selections in collaboration with another manager, ensuring proper licensing and task management Participate in leadership meetings and assist with new hire training and workflow coordination Required qualifications Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with the company preferred Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload, with a wired Ethernet connection Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a coaching/mentoring mindset
