Licensed School Therapy Manager

To support a talented team of clinicians, the full-time Licensed School Therapy Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the School-Based Therapy program, ensuring compliance with policies and standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the referral process and monitor therapists' compliance with productivity standards Conduct chart reviews and collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure the use of evidence-based clinical interventions Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing professional development opportunities and maintaining accurate supervision records Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a human services field At least three years of management/supervisory experience Two years of experience in mental health or behavioral health services Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and CMHC Accreditation standards preferred
