Key responsibilities Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide asynchronous care for clients Manage client intake and discharge processes while maintaining accurate documentation Set and adjust personal caseload and working hours to meet client demand Required qualifications Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) CAQH number for independent practice capability Experience in providing therapy services in a remote setting
