Licensed Remote Therapist - Louisiana

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Remote Therapist - Louisiana will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying the benefits of a fully remote and flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and standard session lengths Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload and make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload with strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
