About the Role:
As a Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborating with the care team to identify and address any patient concerns or issues
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
