Licensed Quality Manager, Behavioral Health

To enhance quality assurance and improvement in behavioral health services, the full-time Licensed Quality Manager, Behavioral Health will develop and monitor quality processes, support documentation excellence, and ensure compliance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage quality assurance and improvement processes for therapy and psychiatry services Track and evaluate key quality metrics, preparing reports and action plans based on findings Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks, support audits, and enhance clinical operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in healthcare quality management or behavioral health operations Knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and quality improvement principles Experience analyzing clinical and operational quality data Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
