Licensed Property Claims Adjuster

To support a growing claims team, the remote Property Claims Adjuster II will investigate and document property claims, communicate updates, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing moderate severity losses. Key responsibilities Investigate and document property claims, including policy reviews and negotiating settlements Communicate claim updates and decisions effectively, both verbally and in writing Act as a resource for less experienced staff and support catastrophe response efforts as needed Required qualifications 3+ years of property claims experience Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as required Estimating skills Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is highly preferred Strong organizational abilities and empathetic interpersonal skills
