nPosition Overview: We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor with Approved Supervisor designations (LPC-S) to join our team in South Alabama. In this role, you will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. If you thrive in a flexible, creative, and compassionate environment, we want you!
nKey Responsibilities:
nAssess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and maintain accurate documentation.
nSupervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure.
nDeliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
nDevelop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
nMaintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
nCoordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
nAttend clinical meetings and trainings.
nPerform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.
nRequired Qualifications:
nMaster’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
n5+ years of clinical experience with LPC licensure and supervisor training.
nProficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
nStrong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
nComfortable working with diverse clients.
nFamiliarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
nIdeally credentialed with insurance panels.
