The Contractor agrees to provide services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), including but not limited to:
n• Conduct, Complete and submit documentation to include CANS/ANSAs, Psychosocial Evaluations, and Individual Service Plans (ISPs) or Treatment Plans •Uploading all documentation in Lauris within required timeframes •Ensuring documentation meets all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards •Responding to client and staff communications in a timely manner •Participating in case reviews, team collaboration, and supervision if applicable •Attending required agency training to remain in compliance with licensure requirements
nWork Schedule
nThe frequency and scheduling of services will be determined by the Agency’s needs and established by mutual agreement between the parties.
nCompensation The Contractor shall receive a set rate per completed assessment. Assessments include but are not limited to:
n• Completing CANS/ANSA assessments in CMBHS • Biopsychosocial Evaluations • ISPs/Treatment Plans
nPayments will be made bi-weekly on Friday, based on services provided in the preceding pay period, in accordance with the Agency's payroll schedule.
nTraining Documentation:
n· CANS/ANSA training certificate
n· HIPAA training
n· Mandated Reporter (Abuse/Neglect) training
n· Cultural competence training
n· Trauma-informed care training (recommended)
nThis is a remote position.
