Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
This LPC role focuses on providing consistent, evidence-based therapy to adults through telehealth. You will help clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions while working within a structured, supportive remote model. The position allows you to focus on therapy delivery without administrative overload.
Primary Duties
- Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients
- Maintain treatment notes and progress documentation
- Use clinical judgment to guide therapeutic interventions
- Follow all state licensing and telehealth regulations
- Communicate with clinical leadership when needed
Requirements
- Active Missouri LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
