Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62K-80K/yr

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Complete documentation according to company policy
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week
- Coordinate services with other care providers
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse client populations
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
- Pass a background check
