Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62K-80K/yr
Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available
At OptiMindHealth, we are looking for compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team to provide high-quality mental health care services. - Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
- Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
- Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
- Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience with electronic health records and completing clinical documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, creatively, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Additional Qualifications (not essential):
- Experience in mental health practice settings.
- Current insurance network credentialing.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency.
- Specialty area of practice.
