Licensed Professional Counselor

The Licensed Professional Counselor supports our students by delivering high-quality educational or related services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in ARD/IEP processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Conduct behavioral assessments.
- Develop intervention plans.
- Participate in ARD/504 meetings.
- Consult with staff and families.
- Support crisis response.
- Maintain confidential documentation.
- Promote student well-being.
- Ensure compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Certifications
Master's degree and active Texas LPC license.
Preferred Qualifications
- School counseling experience.
- Trauma-informed care.
- Crisis intervention training.
