Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist will manage the loan process from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring borrowers understand their financial options. Key responsibilities Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation requirements Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and support approvals Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best program structure based on borrower circumstances Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass LOS preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Excellent analytical and math skills
