To support the loan process from start to finish, the full-time Licensed Pre-Approval Specialist will manage client communications, review mortgage documentation, and ensure borrowers receive the best financial program while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation Review and audit income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability Manage a pipeline of various loan types and communicate loan programs and costs to borrowers Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations Excellent math and analytical skills
