About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Onsite outpatient clinic
- Perform phlebotomy in a high-volume clinical environment
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Administer injections and medications as ordered
- Prepare patients for provider visits and assist during clinic sessions
- Coordinate care with nurses, medical assistants, and providers while maintaining accurate EMR documentation
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR certification
- Recent phlebotomy experience
- Experience with injections and vital signs
- Comfortable working in a high-volume outpatient clinic
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working with all age groups
- Prior exposure to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Experience with NextGen EMR
