Concordia is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support to our residents. This role is responsible for administering medications, coordinating resident care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive environment.
Current openings: We are currently hiring at Full Time 3rd Shift, LPN. There would be an additional $3.00 on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulations
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to physicians and families
- Carry out physician orders, referrals, and treatment plans
- Provide treatments and nursing procedures as needed
- Supervise and support Nurse Aides by monitoring care quality, documentation, staffing coverage, and daily assignments
- Participate in shift report communication to ensure continuity of care
- Assist with direct resident care as needed
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license required; Or multi-state license
- Compassionate, caring, and resident-focused approach
