Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care under RN and provider supervision
Administer medications and treatments per facility guidelines
Monitor patient status and promptly report changes
Document care accurately and efficiently
Support patient comfort, safety, and overall well‑being
Collaborate with the care team to maintain continuity of care
Requirements
Active LPN license (SD or compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
Current BLS certification
Ability to work 48 hours per week consistently
Strong communication, assessment, and time‑management skills
