Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver person-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and accurately document in the EHR while supporting our faith-based, mission-driven culture. Working collaboratively with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs, you will participate in care planning, family communication, and quality improvement.
