Kaiser Permanente is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support physicians and RNs in implementing care plans.
Responsibilities include accurate EMR documentation, patient and family education, wound care, and adherence to infection control and safety standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
