Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver person-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, promoting infection control and safety, and providing resident and family education.
