Routine, fixed schedule (12 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
