Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and provider instructions.
- Administer medications and treatments while supporting examination, diagnostic, and treatment procedures.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintain patient safety while responding effectively to changing patient needs and emergency situations.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS/BCLS certification required.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of physician office procedures, medical terminology, patient care principles, and medication administration.
