Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract opportunity in State College, Pennsylvania. The LPN will assist in delivering quality patient care by exercising sound nursing judgment while working collaboratively with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and provider instructions.
  • Administer medications and treatments while supporting examination, diagnostic, and treatment procedures.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain patient safety while responding effectively to changing patient needs and emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
  • Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS/BCLS certification required.
  • One year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of physician office procedures, medical terminology, patient care principles, and medication administration.
